Patric is an Advocate of the High Court of Zanzibar, Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and an accredited Mediator. He has an experience of over 15 years in Manufacturing & Beverage industries on industrial relations as well as in Construction Sector, professional expertising in Human Capital Management and handling of labour dispute. He is a founder and Managing partner at Law Exchange Associates but also, in-house Legal Manager at PepsiCo Tanzania. Mr. Patric (Esq.) holds a Master degree in intellectual property laws (LL.M-IP) from the University of Dar es salaam School of Law, a Bachelor of Laws degree, and a Post graduate Diploma in legal practices from the Law school of Tanzania and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) from the Open University of Tanzania.
He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Taxation (PGD-Tax) from the institute of Tax Administration as well a Post Graduate Diploma in Mediation & Arbitration (Med/Arb) from the Institute of Social Work. He is now pursuing the East African Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding Practising Certificate(CFFPC) at the Institute of Tax Administration
